Control cabinet

Carbon dioxide heating device

1. The equipment uses electromagnetic heating technology to directly heat the cylinder itself, and the cylinder is uniformly heated.

2. The opening and closing of heating respond quickly without time lag.

3. With stable PLC control technology, the heating temperature and cylinder pressure can be automatically controlled to keep the cylinder pressure at about 9 Mpa all the time, which can effectively solve the problem of high residual pressure of Argon return cylinder and the problem of not adding carbon dioxide.

4. If the valve of carbon dioxide cylinder to be heated is not opened, the system will not conduct heating operation.

5. If one of the temperature and pressure reaches the upper limit, the system will automatically stop heating.

6. The pipeline is equipped with a safety valve. If the overpressure occurs, the pressure can be relieved in time.

7. According to the special nature of carbon dioxide, take the above four interlocking protection measures to ensure the safety of the heating process.
